Shooting in Texas follows a long bloody path of thousands – men, women and children.
Law Enforcement response in Texas has been criticized. Unfair or justified?
Some say if it were little Bobby or Susie in class your ass would be in so quick the shooter wouldn’t know what hit him. Others say, nah, you’re just a bunch of pussies. Yep, once upon a time a true Texan Cowboy would have gone in guns blazing.
If a child and teacher are not safe in school, where then?
The world witnessed footage of every fricken agency show up in the most powerful country, AFTER the massacre. Hundreds of armed officers outside an elementary school debating who will confront ONE MAN! Turf war?
Shit, Ukraine may be saying, “Damn, even we’ve been able to unify and combat Russia’s powerful army in the hundreds of thousands!”

Republican Right gun owners, you say you’re pro-life. Really? Right, the great George Carlin noted your concern for the unborn, BEFORE they’re schooled.
In my August 2018 report, U.S. National Security Special Report – Remotely Disabling Weapons: A Policy Analysis & Proposal Recommendation, I reference September 11th 2001 where the search for Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMDs) overseas proved futile. It appears they were hiding in plain sight, in the American public arena.
Congress’ response is unacceptable! Bipartisanship laws favoring Big Gun Manufacturers are no different than those for Big Tech, Big Oil&Gas, Big Meatpackers, Big Pharma…People lose or die.
Apparently they find more challenging confronting gun owners and manufacturers than the social, cultural, health, and economic problems leading to some of these shootings.
Daniel Defense, “Not the right time to promote our product” at NRA Conference? Ya think? It’s not so much the product; it’s WHO you’re promoting it to. Probably the same reason one doesn’t find gun vendors promoting .22 Revolvers to the Military.
Let’s face it, DOGS OF WAR; this is not about young men buying little pistols. It’s arming them with MILITARY ARSENAL!
It’s bad enough lawmakers are “in bed” with gun Lobbyists, but are also quite taken by friends in Europe and developing countries.
According to Forbes Ken Roberts, “Handgun Imports Have Grown 632%, While U.S. Population Has Increased 35%.” This stat was four years ago! To say things are getting worse in the US is an understatement. US, I imagine your enemies are sitting back patiently watching you kill yourself with guns and drugs.
What seems unbalanced, if not ironic, was that on the day of the Texas shooting media reports alerted how the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) responded to threats against a past president. BBC reported, “FBI foiled terror plot to kill George W Bush.”
Isn’t this the same individual whose order to invade Iraq alleging WMDs resulted in the death of tens of thousands of US and Iraqi soldiers? Sir, Mr. President, some may argue it’s a damn shame you weren’t hiding in plain sight.
But, what’s a real damn shame is that unlike the former president, people do not have “all the confidence in the world in the United States Secret Service and our law enforcement and intelligence communities” when it comes to protecting them or their children.
Imagine, Mr. President, racing to your kids’ school not knowing if they’re alive or dead, only to find dozens of armed spineless men afraid to confront one young man!
To be fair to the FBI, recruitment numbers have reached a low critical point across all agencies, County, State and Federal. Still, as my grandpa would say, you’re no Hoover G-Man.
I do not presume the statements put forth here will meet everyone’s approval…and that my dear citizen is your 2nd Amendment Right. A Right many were not willing to die for.
Summer is here. But where will the children play and feel safe?
