Israel October 7th Attack: ‘Intelligence Failure’ or Sabotage?
Israel October 7th Attack: ‘Intelligence Failure’ or Sabotage? In destroying the enemy, can you claim total victory? You, as the US, ‘left yourself wide open.’
Future? Fail not again to heed my words, as I made clear in August.
→Israel’s future to “weep for generations” will likely be on account of ill-advised commands, steering it to face reprisal at the hand of Palestinians and their Alliances, not AI.
In April:
→Brothers and Sisters, “Let us all keep our wits about us…” As we fight from within, enemies stand near ready for the opportunity when our guard is down.
Soldiers need to put Israel’s State security first…Watch your back.
Today, clashes in the West Bank were to be expected as those who claim Israeli authorities “have imposed a crushing land, air and sea closure on Gaza’s population.” Crushing? You ain’t seen nothing yet.
Stakes are high. Israel, time to fully execute the Forces of Israeli Defense!
Israel, recalibrate. Magnitude of next attack can only increase if you continue defending yourself with one hand tied behind your back when the Enemy fights using both.
Former Mossad Director, Efraim Halevy makes a critical point. “People leaving Gaza to work in Israel extending a hand to Hamas.”
Surveillance too is difficult when you give in to International pressure to acquiesce to lenient v strict security measures.
US, speaking of borders will you be ready for a ‘blast from the past?’ Heard that FEMA sent an EMERGENCY Alert. Why a year early?
Appears the ‘fruits of your labor’ are getting ripe! On the command of your leader, you opened the floodgates. Now China and the World found your ‘borders as the perfect gateway for their enterprises!
Americans, distracted with the China-Mexico Fentanyl Connection but forgetting terrorist links? Erfan Fard, counter-terrorism analyst and Middle East Studies researcher based in Washington, D.C., may refocus your attention as he recently stated in JNS:
“In recent days, reports about Iran’s influence in and infiltration of the United States have come to light…Leaked emails have revealed an infiltration operation that includes academic, scientific, commercial and financial institutions; religious centers and Islamic organizations; think tanks; and even media associated with the U.S. government… Pentagon, where individuals associated with the Iranian networks have retained their positions…”
Clearly, focus on Chinese infiltration and IP theft has largely misdirected the public, ignoring US does business around the world.
Intelligence Breach & Military Reconnaissance
Machiavelli reminds us that ‘No enterprise is more likely to succeed than the one concealed from the enemy until it is ripe for execution.”
Israel, element of surprise calls for Reconnaissance. Calculative attack can be characterized as an intelligence breach.
Adversaries-Enemies appear to have obtained Intel exposing security vulnerabilities. Communications appeared compromised with delayed Response Units. Are your Command Headquarters not allowed mobile devices on the grounds of security measures?
Questionable levels of infiltration are deemed unacceptable by intelligence and military standards. Given the surveilling of sea, air and land, it’s as if the advanced optics during the October 7th surprise operated with ‘eyes wide shut.’
Nine days before the attack on Israel, Erfan Fard stated in JNS:
“Iran’s alleged access to sensitive U.S. networks has also been unveiled through a series of leaks disseminated via Iranian state-controlled propaganda outlets. This infiltration is significant due to Iran’s historical alignment with terrorism. It could directly imperil not only U.S. national security but also U.S. allies, notably Israel.”
No doubt Master plan created multiple points of entry where a capture and escape plan was effectively executed. Argument of ‘intelligence failure’ brings to mind a key question:
Did Israel act on bad Intel or was Intel obtained via an outside American contracted source?
Palantir is said to be contracted by Governments & Businesses, foreign and domestic. Was this their intelligence failure? Regret contracting me for that counterterrorist strategy for you to sell as “AI” spyware? It’s Ok. I got to see that ‘crystal ball’ of yours anyway Palantir!
Or, were you just too busy working on that ‘health’ data contract with the Brits? I get it. Going public means you’re cashing in and raising capital. Guess an extra half a Billion dollars is hard to resist.
But I remind you Palantir, a lesson you need to learn well: ‘Give a thing, and take a thing, to wear the Devil’s gold ring.”
Alternate possibility to Palantir intelligence failure is the US government agencies. CIA is a principal candidate questioned.
In a February JNS article, “Burns’ CIA resumes war on Israel,” Mitchell Bard, foreign-policy analyst and an authority on U.S.-Israel relations states, “When it comes to a history of failure, bad intentions and antisemitism, it is difficult to top the U.S. State Department, but the CIA’s record is as bad or worse…CIA director, Bill Burns…brought his ill-informed and destructive views to the agency.”
CIA criticism goes as far back to 1947 where ‘on the eve of the partition vote, the CIA incorrectly predicted the Arab states would not declare war or send their armies to fight the Jews… The agency also inaccurately predicted the Jews could not hold out longer than two years” to when “The CIA was caught flatfooted when Israel collaborated with France and Britain to attack Egypt in 1956, infuriating President Dwight D. Eisenhower.”
To be fair, many countries have acted on bad Intel. Yet, “while Israeli intelligence failures related to the 1973 Yom Kippur War are well-known, the CIA’s may be less familiar. An analysis of U.S. intelligence said a report issued on Oct. 4 indicating war was not expected was “a conclusion that was to haunt the intelligence community like no other since Pearl Harbor.”
Right, only to be topped by September 11th.
Leaks from US officials and agents have long been to blame for negative and deadly outcomes. Says Bard:
“Besides these intelligence failures, the CIA has taken actions to deliberately undermine Israel’s security. It has long been the case that Israel has had better spy networks in the region, but a cable sent by an outgoing CIA officer, leaked to The New York Times, admitted it had lost its sources in Iran and that the U.S. is relying on Israeli agents.”
Clearly, Mitchell Bard’s statements are highly pertinent to the October 7th Attack in Israel.
“Israel is so concerned about leaks from the CIA and other officials with access to intelligence about its operations that it has taken precautions to limit the information it shares with the U.S.”
Appears measures were necessary but not sufficient. Nor timely. US show of support for Israel was to be expected. What was peculiar was its unquestionable immediacy and apparent unsurprised response.
CIA, did you know what was going to ‘go down’?
“Speaking at Georgetown University after returning from his trip to Israel, where he used the stale evenhanded language of the Arabists to describe the situation, Burns suggested that conditions were reminiscent of the days before the second intifada (which I believe more accurately should be called the Palestinian War)…His remarks also misrepresented history, as the Palestinian War was not an outgrowth of mutual attacks but an uprising orchestrated by Yasser Arafat.”
Burns, appears your words and actions as history have come full circle. But proximity to a perceived enemy, though sufficient in some cases, is not necessarily a necessity. Perhaps you need to read Kenneth Pollack 2004 book, The Persian Puzzle: The Conflict Between Iran and America.
The Persians, “just as they had perceived Britain as less threatening than Russia because of its geographic distance from Iran, so they now assumed the United States would be less threatening than Britain because of its still greater distance.”
‘Breaking Point’ and Recalibration
”Had the peoples and the nations known how much harm they brought upon themselves
by destroying the Temple of Jerusalem, they would have wept more than the children of Israel” – TALMUD
Israel, this should have never happened. When the time comes, reassess well what and who has led your people astray as you ‘stood your ground.’ It will be for the People of Israel to agree if, “Nobody Trusts Netanyahu Anymore.” Beware ‘legal reforms’ do not create an Israel ‘patriotic act.’
We’re past young men throwing rocks. But are you ‘past the point of no return?’ Compromise, say some Jewish scholars is an idea Moslems will not entertain. Israel, will you?
Claim to superiority of Israel Defense Forces is now in question, by friends and foes. Israel, irrespective of your defensive or offensive response, the deed is done for all to see – a flawless strategic and tactical execution.
Israel, high stakes in this land you call your own has sealed your fate in a paradox with its forebears, People you call your neighbor →Security≠Peace.
Let me reiterate: Stakes are high. Israel, time to recalibrate and fully execute the Forces of Israeli Defense!
Palestine and people in Gaza, it should come as no surprise that the high cost of Hamas and its allies’ deadly actions has too fallen upon you. And yet, to the world you speak of siege on Gaza with surprise, irrespective of offering heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims massacred in Israel by Hamas?
Innocent Palestinians who condemn Hamas slaughter, our prayers are with you. For all others who rejoiced: NO Food, NO Water, NO Fuel, and NO Electricity. Endless hunger, thirst, cold, and powerlessness!
US President speaks of ‘rule of law?’ Care to open another ‘asylum’ pipeline into your country?
When beasts attacked your homeland and slaughtered your own, did you not hunt them down? But rest assured the hunt will not be decades.
Ironic. US recently traded a handful of Iranian American hostages, only to have reportedly over two dozen Americans killed and others held hostage by Hamas, funded by Iran?
Deals with the Devil? Middle East is quite familiar with this old chap who calls itself the United States. Of course, in the game of spies and lies, who do you beLIEve?
Israel, moving finger has written on the page. Nothing can change its bloody mark in history. Indeed, your faith is once again being tested. Once again, will you radiate resilience as the Star of David?
Future of the State of Israel rests with its People and leaders’ difficult decisions. Pray it unites you.
“When we get to the point, as we one day will, that both sides know that in any outbreak of general hostilities, regardless of the element of surprise, destruction will be both reciprocal and complete, possibly we will have sense enough to meet at the conference table with the understanding that the era of armaments has ended and the human race must conform its actions to this truth or die.” – Dwight D. Eisenhower, April 1956
