Intellectual Property (IP), as Priceless Art, can be tricky to put a price on. Of course, there are some who will not take no for an answer. And once such culprits sink their teeth into it, their unquenchable thirst is likening to leaches.

Microsoft, Apple, Alphabet, Google, Meta, Facebook, SpaceX, Lockheed, Boeing… wouldn’t you all agree that some things are priceless! Or, are you ok with China and Others taking your IP?

Donators and Sellers make their choice. But as the business of Blood, profit from stolen IP and Copyright work is in the Billions! “Fair Use,” claim some.

News Outlets, if ‘nothing’s fair in love and war,’ you have two choices: love and join them or declare war. But are you ready to ‘fight dirty” in a World Wide Web where ‘War is Peace’?

Sure, you can take them to court. As Reuters notes “The Times filed its lawsuit seven years after the U.S. Supreme Court refused to revive a challenge to Google’s (GOOGL.O) digital library of millions of books.”

But the real ultimate fight is not with Tech or AI companies, but with INTEL AGENCIES, DEFENSE and GOVERNMENTS who contracts them, PRISM.

So ya gotta think of it like an ‘Ultimate Fighting Competition.’ Are you willing and able to ‘pin them down’? Goal is to get them to ‘tap out.’

Yet, these wannabe Journalists call for you to accept an American democracy laced with ‘chaotic and dirty’ neighborhoods where hooded scum run rampant stealing or applauding illegal foreigners attacking law enforcement. Of course, in their gated communities Elitists live nowhere near such neighborhoods. But they sure resemble the countries they fled from 🙂

AI profiteers’ arguments are littered with fallacies of relevance and weak induction. Common example, ‘calculator did not make society dumb.’

Dumbshits, neither did the calculator make society smart. In society, scientists, mathematicians, engineers, physicists, and chemists are able to decipher equations and formulas on paper without scientific calculators.

Conversely, if we entertain the AI profiteers’ remark, we could argue: By the same token, ‘guns did not make society kill.’ The application of Bullets as applying one’s Brain is where power and knowledge exists.

Pure Human higher intelligence is no longer the focus. Suddenly, it’s become unnecessary. It’s as if society has decided to not aim at such pursuits. They have become burdensome.

Artificial Intelligence, in and of itself, is not the problem. It is in how it’s viewed.

‘Newspeak’ dispersed via the IT Internet joins its predecessors – Television, Radio, Telephone and Printing Press. IT ‘speaks’ via Cable, Streaming and Social Media Ads.

General AI is but a simplistic label given to a complex system accessing and connecting networks of information reengineered as a dataserv via programed algorithmic codes. All facilitated by Digital and NET. Like an Organic Substance Addict’s ignorance of chemistry, User need not understand the intricacies of Code, APIs of Software and Hardware…

Let’s face it. We live and demand a ‘World State’ of endless online information and services where the number of Users alongside a ‘thought police’ is rising. Inputs ∞ Outputs Mass surveillance of People AND concealed and ‘classified’ information by Government.

It’s not surprising online world reflects a ‘Brave New world’ and ‘1984.’ But if you look deeper, you’ll see the year is relative. Likewise, there’s nothing brave about others profiting to rot your brains as they ‘service you’ via an open source pipeline of consumerism disguised as ‘free for all.’
