Investors: What LIES Beneath the Rotten Apple Cart

CEO Frauds and the bastards behind the wenches are not simply “rotten apples.” Not when they’re endangering people. It applies to the whole damn health “apple cart” as noted in my 2019 masterpiece, U.S. Dangerous Troika? – Physician, Pharma, and Hospital. 

So why invest in a failing company? Were investors Soft on poor wenches or did their insight foresee a virus going viral? Perhaps, if we ask “why Softbank invested in Theranos” it will be clear.

Well, back in January of 2018, “Fortress Investment Group (FIG) recently invested $100M of debt into Theranos for 4% of the company. FIG is owned by Softbank.”

Two years later, the Verge  reported that “The ghost of Theranos is still haunting the biotech industry, even in the middle of a pandemic. A shell company called Labrador Diagnostics LLC, which says it holds the rights to two Theranos patents, sued a company making COVID-19 tests for patent infringement…”

Investors hid behind the lies and the wench’s pants, but in the end were quick to do damage control and took the bitch to court. Legal documents report that guilty convictions extended ONLY to investors but not patients.

Only in America, where powerful white men and women are “innocent until proven guilty.”  Yet, the peasants are guilty as hell once “lady justice” removes her blindfold. But trust me, she is no lady and is not blind.

“Goldilocks’” bloody bed was just right for the Soft oracle, greedy politicians, mad dog, and high-priced barrister. But in the end, the pathetic wench exchanged her solo act of donning her tough black suit to skirting a dress holding mommy’s and daddy’s hands.

Don’t know what is more dangerous. The fact that grown men, men in power and in government, invested $ without due diligence and pushed a medical device for testing blood. Or, that a company capitalized on the downfall of a convicted fraud by purchasing the failed company’s patents.

Yep, these patents are not only reportedly being utilized for COVID-19 tests but for patients on drug trials with pharmas like Pfizer and GlaxoSmithKline. FDA, did you drop the ball again? And governments wonder why people don’t trust them or vaccines.

Look, the way I see it, venture capitalists can buy or invest in whatever they damn well please: software, search engines, or space rockets. But when it comes to the younger generation’s money or health you’re fucking with the wrong people. Bastards, you will not be bundling your bullshit with our friends and families.

In the US, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, among others, was criticized for his reported mishandling of the COVID-19 Pandemic, specifically in respect to nursing homes. For many grandparents the so called “golden years” became the “dark years” and premature death.

Dead are discarded and dishonored. Coast to Coast the problem can be seen across states. In “California Hospital Slammed Leaving Bodies Dead COVID-19 Patients Outside Rain” Brian Stieglitz for Dailymail.Com reported how “Memorial Hospital of Gardena, in Los Angeles, left nearly 20 bodies…”

Who is responsible? Owner?  “…Los Angeles-based Memorial Hospital of Gardena, owned by Pipeline Health System…” or Pipeline Health. Pipeline, you do not appear to be a life line.

Dun & Bradstreet report Key Principal:  Andrei Soran.  On Jan 19, 2021, PR Newswire reports Pipeline Health System appointed Soran New CEO, “a licensed physical therapist.” A therapist, not an experienced leader or physician? Yet, he was chosen to “Lead Community Hospital System” ?

But wait, “there are 21 companies in the Pipeline Health, LLC corporate family.” In an April 24, 2020 Update & Alert we find “The Avanti Hospitals…managed by Pipeline Health…” After the reported “Bodies Dead COVID-19” at Memorial Hospital of Gardena, will the public investigate the other 20 companies? More importantly, who are the Pipe’s partners?

Speaking of CEOs, politicians, defense, entertainment, law and capital management industries, take a look at the Board of Directors, Leadership Council and Global Ambassadors and you’re bound to see a businessman or actress from your state or country.

International Medical Corps, have parts of the US been classified a third world country? If States and Countries have been demoted to the standards of a “developing country”, then with so much philanthropy and philandering, the health industry is surely ‘making a killing.”

Elder abuse occurs throughout the nursing industry and seen as “the cost of doing business.” But these “Angels of Death” also take their business to your parents’ home.

The Franchise Model is truly the model of sustainability. Business of nursery homes or home care services has capitalized on this model.

But, are you paying for medical care or care services? Some sites are clear about this. “Our company is a non-medical in-home care referral agency that provides quality services…” Few have employees licensed or trained in CPR. Then again, in a pandemic, what “caregiver” wants to engage in mouth to mouth with a stranger?

In the event of a legal breach or worse reckless endangerment, what recourse do you have if your lawyer tells you the owner of the franchise is nothing but a poor schmuck. A website page reads, each franchise “is independently owned and operated. The Franchisor…does not control or manage the day to day business operations of any…franchised agency.” It appears you can sue the agency but good luck on getting recompensed from the Franchisor.

In the best of times, some nursing homes and care services have been investigated for criminal acts committed by their staff where the “loved one” was assaulted or unattended causing injury or death. Now, in the worst of times, are we really surprised that given the thousands of reported deaths, some nursing homes have literally “gotten away with murder” masked as COVID-19?

May explain a sudden rise in home care service ads showcased by staff fully adorned in medical garbs but without medical experience as their female spokesperson dons a suits & smile.

Franchising, depending on the country, may be difficult to regulate. Ironically the US, a country with more lawyers than they know what to do with, has made it a staple of their culture: Babies to baby boomers – deadly fast food and drugs. Nope, boomers are not loving it!

Bottom line: Highly trained nurses & staff are being serviced out to homes of those who can afford it – “men of the people”, wolves of Wall Street and the Soft men of Silicon Valley. Having insurance is not sufficient to stay alive in the “greatest country in the world.”

My Brothers and Sisters, Trust Not Your Keepers

In powerful Western “Democratic” countries, convictions of sex abuse or sex trafficking, fraud, and reckless negligence come late or not at all, well after the damage is done.

Defense of Merchants of Sex, Lies, and “Angels of Death?” They justify their actions as being sick or fallen prey. Such sickness and weakness can be easily remedied with stakes of fire and impalement. End its future progeny.

As an orthodox community puts its trust in man, a Supreme Court puts its trust in God. Trust not in God? Behold, “…if there is no God, then, the question is, who is in control of man’s life and the whole order of things on earth?”

Investigation of an almost century old betrayal of a young girl does not atonement find, as the actual culprits were found guilty and hung. In this century vindicate and avenge your brothers and sisters.

In this century, understand the “whole order of things” and who wants control. Stay away from the keepers, mendacious men and women. I remind you, as they seek power and God, they hold out their hand to gain your trust.

My Brothers and Sisters, Trust Not Your Keepers. Better still, be your own keeper. Safety does not exist. Still, hating men or condemning innocent souls will not bring you peace. That which you seek is inside you.

Trust thyself. I remind you, in this “order of things on earth” do not offer yourself easily as you may find yourself holding the hand of a Bastard and Wench, followed by the hand of Death.
